It is important to note that itnextlogic.com is not responsible for any third-party tools or software issues not related to our design services.

1-Day Figma Service: Includes up to 2 revisions within the scope of the initial design request.

We respect the confidentiality of all our clients. Any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us for the purpose of the project will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Upon full payment for services rendered, all rights to the final design, including Figma files, will be transferred to the client. itnextlogic.com retains the right to display the completed designs in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, itnextlogic.com is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the designs provided, including but not limited to errors in functionality, compatibility, or third-party applications.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time, with written notice. In the case of early termination, the client will be responsible for any work completed up to that point, and payment will be due for the completed portion of the project.
